Hi Lori, what you see below are the only tools available on this platform to do what you need. If even just one of these doesn't meet your needs for the upcoming legal deadline, you'll need to switch to an entirely different website platform in order to fulfill the requirements.
That will mean: - Option 1: identifying a different platform that will do what you need it to do, rebuilding your website on that platform, then pointing your domain name to that new website. Depending on what you need, it may involved finding and hiring someone to set that up. Time consuming! - OR Option 2: shifting to the website what your developers are already creating for you, using your patented software, and keeping most of the functionality hidden while you simply show the elements that are needed for this current legal hurdle. Either option will take time! I would recommend that you look the form and video embeds below, run them by your attorney ASAP to confirm whether this would do what you need or whether you need to pursue one of the more lengthy options mentioned above. If these both work (fingers crossed, because that's by far the quickest solution), we can customize the form and set it to send to you, and we can swap in your videos, captions and headlines. See email for cost & additional info. |
Here's how things would look and function using your existing web platform.
Videos for Class 041 requirements
Social Networking Video #1 Title Here
These are obviously my video not yours, so we would replace these with your videos. You'd need to make them and upload them to YouTube, and then I can embed them here. Per your attorney, we'd need to include a description of each video here.
I don't know whether or not I can get rid of the youtube title or "watch on YouTube" box in the lower left corner. While these videos are embedded on the website using iframe HTML, it's not clear whether this meets your legal requirements. Be sure and check with your attorney on that. |
Social Networking Video #2 Title Here
Per your attorney, these videos (ideally more than one) need to be about business and social networking, self-promotions, or self-expression. That should be clear in either the video thumbnail (like the cover graphic the Zenith CH-750 video on the left has) featuring a title that indicates the subject, or with the title and description around the video on the website itself.

Video submission form for Class 042 requirements
Below is a sample form. We can add or remove form fields, and change where the videos are sent, but this is the only way a user can submit a video on the web platform you are currently using. I cannot confirm whether this meets your legal requirements, so check with your attorney.
